As more activities incorporating Data tools are deployed on HFactory, we've had increasing requests for a central dashboard allowing organisers to monitor the status of the compute instances deployed on the OVH Public Cloud infrastructure. So we are very pleased to announce that the feature is now available and organisers can access it both at the activity, cohort and topic levels.

To facilitate a consistent and intuitive user experience, the dashboard has been designed to align with the structure of existing pages within the application, featuring:

• A summary tile
• An advanced search bar with filtering and sorting capabilities
• A listing of instances, including access to comprehensive details and start/stop functionality

With such a depth of information, organisers are now perfectly equipped to understand the overall usage of compute instances by participants and take action in case an instance fails to start. Furthermore, the dashboard is equipped with our standard search and filtering features, simplifying the process of navigating to specific information.
