As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline administrative tasks related to training courses and programs, we are pleased to introduce a newly developed “organisation area” within our application.
While activities remain the primary framework for delivering learning experiences across various pedagogical modalities (online, blended, project-based, and event-based), the "organisation area" offers management tools as well as a comprehensive view of all activities within your organisation.
This release also includes new roles at the organisational level, providing precise control over individual permissions. Organisation owners and admins have complete visibility into all activities created within the organisation without needing to join them formally. For more restricted access, organisation managers can only view activities they have created or been explicitly invited to join.
Last but not least, the new feature has been carefully designed to support a variety of use cases. For instance, an individual can belong to multiple organisations and switch between them seamlessly using the top menu bar, ensuring perfect isolation between different contexts.
