Following the recent introduction of the “organisation area,” we are pleased to announce the addition of “programs” to our application. Programs provide a structured way to group related activities, typically within the same ... program.

This new feature offers two main benefits:

Firstly, within an organisation, you can grant administrative rights at the more granular program level. This is facilitated by new program-level roles, including program owners, program admins, and program activity creators. For example, you can restrict access to certain features to specific programs, allowing for precise management of credits and budgets and improved governance of users actions.

Secondly, programs include a new “program member” role. This role is specifically designed to manage learners within a program, such as the annual cohort of students in a given degree. Once learners are added to a program, you can instantly import them as activity participants through the standard participant management interface.
